Biography

Dylan Stone was born in June, 1998 in Troublesome, Kentucky. He grew up with his parents and two sisters in Eastern Kentucky. His parents had an on-and-off relationship due to his mother's drinking habits for most of his life, up until he graduated high school. In his childhood, he enjoyed professional wrestling and MMA. With wrestling, he enjoyed the acting that went into the spectacle and eventually joined his high school's drama program. His passion for theatre would reach its peak in his senior year in 2016 when he went to see a show on Broadway. The spectacle was enough for him to decide he wanted to move to New York after graduation and become a fulltime actor.Upon moving to the East Village in New York, Stone worked his way up, taking on community roles while working at a diner to pay his bills. While a talented actor, he never got the fulfillment he was hoping for, as he never got callbacks on the bigger stage and he wasn't making the money he would've liked. With bills piling up, he turned to another passion of his, wrestling. He joined an underground ring of cage fighting, training under his coach Zachariah and fighting under the monicker "The Saint." He developed a whole gimmick from the nickname, telling opponents he was going to wash them of their sins by beating them.After learning some combat skills, Stone felt more confident in himself than ever before. Walking home one night from a cast party, Stone found a woman in an alley being physically harassed. After confronting the assaulter, Dylan used his newly learned skills to apprehend the man, beating him down and letting the woman flee to safety. With blood mixing in with the puddle on the ground, Dylan saw what he had done.On his exploits as a vigilante, he ran into a demon-hybrid who used her blood to heal him. His connection with the demon unlocked something within him, attracting an Earl of Hell to attach itself to his soul after a series of dreams, trying to infiltrate his body. The blood within his system allowed him to outwill the demon, trapping it and harassing its power to continue fighting criminals.The bond they grew caused each to influence the other, the demon's intentions becoming more rational and human, while Dylan was dealing with the duality of right and wrong. This fully cemented him as The Gemini.Tracking down criminals brought him to a financial backer of a sex trafficking politician named Richard Able. After subduing Able, his demonic face scarred the man, whom would be institutionalized. Able would turn up dead at the hands of the hybrid who helped Gauge, but the trail left behind pointed fingers to him, ultimately making him go into hiding with his partner.After a rocky conversation with her in the streets of New York, Dylan was engulfed by smoke, being dragged to the underworld by the Dukes of Hell. Months had gone by but for him, it seemed like hours. He was greeted by Proserpine, a goddess of the underworld who summoned him to deliver him a message.He would be told that he was to serve her great purpose on Earth. If he did not comply, he would be ripped from his other half and spend eternity in Hell until he complied.Being sent back to Earth, he struggles to comprehend his disappearance, and sets out to find his lover whom he lost.

1. Changing from himself into The Gemini is a big confidence booster for Stone and almost a second personality, hence the two faces. Without his powers, Gauge tends to be more reserved. As The Gemini, he displays more strength, aggression, and a darker side of himself.--2. The Gemini has gotten more brutal in combat overtime, inching closer and closer to crossing the line, though he hasn't yet. Richard Able's murder has reminded him why he shouldn't.--3. Though he can be brooding, Dylan enjoys teaching. He's much more comfortable around younger people because they're more innocent and not so hateful as adults tend to be. Part of his vigilante MO is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, so child abusers and pedophiles make his list of targets.--4. Though hidden, Gauge has bouts of depression, phases of sad thoughts, or feelings of absence. Conversations about suicide can often be triggering for him, though his willpower keeps him from succumbing to those dark thoughts.--5. Gauge is left-handed.--6. He's embarrassed eating around people. He eats like a prisoner, his arm around his plate, and will often eat faster than the people around him. He covers his mouth almost the entire time despite chewing with his mouth closed. He used to get made fun of because of the short time it took for him to finish meals.--7. Gauge doesn't like people talking about his body image. His stomach is a self-conscious spot for him, despite the fact having the demon entity boosts his metabolism.--8. Out of the costume, Gauge gets nervous ticks when he's anxious, scratching places on his arms or hands.
